Jeremy Zimmerman

Jeremy has served as marketing director in higher education and healthcare settings. He grew and managed creative teams comprised of designers, writers, planners, photographers, coders and others as he guided each organization to the achievement of their business goals.

Jeremy designed and implemented expansive programs and campaigns engaging CEOs to front-line staff and everyone in between as part of his method to distribute ownership. He started his career in the advertising agency world where he developed his ability to help clients differentiate themselves and achieve market advantage. His clients included Toshiba America Electronics Corporation, Siemens Building Controls, Farmers and Merchants Bank and many others representing a wide range of industries.

Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science (Psychology and Chemistry) at the University of California, Riverside, and his MBA at the University of Redlands. Jeremy has served as an undergraduate and graduate marketing as well as business communication instructor at the University of Redlands, California Baptist University and University of California, Riverside Extension.

Tracey Zimmerman

Tracey started her career at a Boston-based technology-oriented public relations firm in the late 1990s. She helped emerging tech brands, including Computer.com, find their voice and attract news and investor media attention in the noisy dot-com marketplace. She then took a position with a major southern California resort and later established her own marketing agency serving legal and financial services clients. Tracey has been active on numerous non-profit boards including the Unforgettables and the Junior League.

Tracey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.

Edgar Garcia

Edgar Garcia has more than 15 years experience as a designer and art director primarily focusing on higher education and non-profit organizations.

He has created award-winning brand identities and integrated marketing campaigns for both local and international clients. Some notable clients include: Various Cal State University’s, Ferrari, Shaquille O’Neal, Daymond John, The Golden State Warriors and Guy Fieri.

Edgar has been a volunteer for the American Institution of Graphic Arts and was previously a design instructor for the Mt. San Antonio Design Department. Edgar earned his Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Cal State San Bernardino and his MBA from California Baptist University.

Debbie MacInnis

Debbie MacInnis is the Charles L. and Ramona I. Hilliard Professor of Business Administration and Emerita Professor of Marketing at USC’s Marshall School of Business. Her work focuses on the role of emotions in consumer behavior and branding. She is a Fellow of the American Marketing Association, the Association for Consumer Research and the Society for Consumer Psychology. She has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Marketing Association’s Consumer Behavior Special Interest Group and the Converse Award for her long-term contributions to the science and practice of marketing.

Debbie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Smith College and her Ph.D. in Marketing from University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.

Mark Iorio

Mark Iorio has been involved in Brand and Culture Alignment, Marketing Strategy, Planning and Implementation for his entire career. He is a former board member and the Marketing Liaison for a very successful privately held company in Princeton, NJ and serves or chairs multiple Non-Profits Boards.

As a former elected official in Hopewell Township, NJ, he often had to balance critical issues with the needs and wants of the community. He quickly learned the art of compromise and the value of strong leadership. He graduated from The College of New Jersey in 1979 and attended Rutgers University for graduate studies.

A trained Social Psychologist with extensive experience leading large-scale projects for Fortune-ranked companies, Al Cini’s passion is People: creating meaningful team-building experiences that align an organization’s people with the “North Star” that points the way to achieving the goals they share.

Al is an Extended DISC Certified Professional as well as a Certified Presence Intelligence® Practitioner, graduated from La Salle University with a degree in Psychology and pursued a PhD in Social Psychology at Vanderbilt University
